well - the girl behind the counter was rude, she was chewing like a cow and didn't even know what the catch of the day was.
but that isn't what made me mad
when I asked what the catch of the day was, I got a snide remark about it being from Vietnam, only the worst place you can buy fish from.
still trying to work out how it can be the catch of the day, last time i looked Vietname isn't in Australia so it can hardly be fresh fish
decided against the fish and was going to go with burgers, but the girls that were doing the cooking were talking and making fun of me behind the counter, so I must say next time I think I will just go to KFC at least there food is Aussie and the staff are generally friendly
too bad Salt and Battered North Lakes you just lost a customer and a sale for probably $40
not to mention all the bad feedback you will get from me.

Fish is always interesting! Most places don't even know what they are selling.
...the x fish company supplied them with "perch"...perch could be anything.
...and "Fresh"...I wonder if there is an industry definition for that:

I might just do that, I think I must have used up all my bad luck for the year, and to think I didn't even break a mirror.
We did end up getting pizza, so much cheaper.
and we are having pies today with all the money we saved by not having KFC
