PARTY PLAN EXPO - QUEENSLAND

Hi everyone,  just thought I'd post again to give you all an update on the PP Expo we are organising.   Here's a few things that have been sorted out so far.

Date:  Saturday, 21st October

Time:  9am to 4pm

Venue:   Morayfield Leisure Centre, Morayfield (40 minutes Nth of Brissy, 40 minutes Sth of Maroochydore)

Charity:  All money raised on the day with be donated to the wonderful cause STARLIGHT FOUNDATION

Price:   $20 + donation of prize towards raffle

Requirements:   Bring your own table (and chairs) + Public Liability Insurance coverage required (most consultants can arrange this through their Head Office)

AT THE MOMENT WE HAVE 14 DIFFERENT PP COMPANIES BOOKED IN !   BUT OF COURSE THERE'S STILL ROOM FOR MORE - So If you haven't got your name down yet please contact me and I will help you out.   We are also interested in hearing from other companys that don't offer Party Plan, ie Avon, etc. etc.   For such a wonderful cause we won't be knocking people back - so if your business needs some extra coverage (especially leading up to Christmas) please contact me.

If I was closer (am in Melbourne) I would love to be apart of it, but it is a little far for me to travel.

Maybe this could be a special something for one of the consultants to win - rather than a customer.   (can I be really cheeky and recommend some free advertising ???? )

I know things are tough when you first start a new venture - so any little contribution would be a great help.

Just thought I'd give everyone an update.   We're up to 23 companies coming along!!!!! 

Just need some great advertising now - on a low budget so the Starlight Childrens Foundation get more money from our day.

If anyone has any suggestions, or know a Party Plan Consultant / Direct Seller that would like to come along I'd love to hear from you.

to PartyPlans for supporting our event & the WONDERFUL website they've created for us.  Your support is overwhelming (especially since poor Mr PartyPlans has had to put up with my emails back and forth all day!!!  )

Remember to add our website as above in your favorites and circulate it too all in your address book - ask them all to do the same - and we've got a bundle of free advertising.

An update on our Community Expo!!!

30 companies coming along now - but we can still fit more in!!   If you're willing to travel to Morayfield, (30 minutes North of Brisbane - 30 minutes South of Sunshine Coast) we'd love for you to come along.   OR if you can't make it please tell other consultants.    Still waiting to hear from quite a few companies, including Avon & Enjo if anyone has contacts.

YEP!!  That's right we now have 41 different companies being represented at our Community Expo - but NOW WE URGENTLY NEED EVERYONES HELP!!

FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT HAVE SAID THAT THEY ARE COMING ALONG ON THE DAY - WE URGENTLY REQUIRE ASSISTANCE FROM YOU ALL.

OBVIOUSLY, THIS IS A HUGE JOB FOR BOTH REBECCA AND I TO HANDLE - AND WE ALL KNOW THE OLD ADAGE "MORE HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK".  PLUS!  I AM OFF TO CAIRNS ON 9TH OCTOBER (only 2 weeks away) AND I DON'T RETURN UNTIL A COUPLE OF DAYS BEFORE THE EXPO  (this trip has been booked since February - waaaay before we even thought of having an Expo)

SOOOOOO, I URGENTLY NEED EVERYONE TO CONTACT REBECCA (AngelEyes By Design) AND TELL HER HOW YOU CAN LEND A HAND.  

ADVERTISING IS A HUGE PRIORITY AT THE MOMENT - SO IF ANY ONE CAN GIVE REBECCA A HELP WITH THIS IT WOULD BE APPRECIATED.  

We need to organise super good rates for local papers (c'mon everyone pull out your contacts - usually we all know somebody "in the know"), help to have signs made and then erected directing people where to go (Can someone help with the Council approval for this - one of us must have a contact somehow ???), someone to perhaps hand out flyers on the day at various locations close by, advertising in School Newsletters, Day Care Centres, etc. etc.

REMEMBER THE DAY WILL NOT BE A SUCCESS IF WE DON'T GET THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE DOOR! 

UNFORTUNATELY, REBECCA & I DON'T HAVE THE POWERS TO MAGICALLY MAKE THIS HAPPEN BY JUST CLICKING OUR HEELS TOGETHER     IT IS SOMETHING WE NEED EVERYONE TO HELP WITH!

LET'S MAKE THIS DAY A HUGE SUCCESS BY ALL PULLING TOGETHER!!!!
