Hi All,

I have just started as a Toys at Home catalogue consultant and I was hoping some of you guys could help me with some ideas of how to market the catalogues.  I chose to do catalogues instead of the parties as I don't really have the time to set aside to do parties, so I thought doing the catalogues would be a great idea.

I am having a bit of trouble coming up with some ideas of where to take the catalogues and would greatly appreciate your help.

Thanks guys

Hello!

Have you thought about going and leaving some catalogues at childcare centres, prep schools and children community/sporting clubs?

Just some idea's!

call all your friends and have an afternoon tea on a saturday if time is tight and show them what you are up to, and set them up as a catalogue advocate so that they can take it to their workplace . worked for me when I started.

if you want more details drop me a note at yahoo or add me on msn

Hi Shelley,

Firstly, welcome to Party Plans! I hope your business really takes off for you!

Have you thought about hosting a sort of "daycare" event at your house for your friends and their young children (sort of like a launch party) and maybe have their children "play" with the toys (if you have any of the product) - then suggestion they might like to have starter/catalogue parties to help you kick off your business... (they're sure to have "different" friends, so more catalogue parties could trigger from these parties).

Just a thought! :)
