Hi, this type of business has been around for a long time...It's called Dropshipping.
Let us know when you have made some progress, so we can view the sites
samtayeh replied:
nothing is new and it has all been done before. that is the secret of maifestation. DROP SHIIPPING is ideal for a maker of goods who wants to focus on what they do best and let the marketing to someone else that is also focussed on their abilities.
This is a an opportunity to get in at ground level and to promote MADE IN AUSTRALIA .

Dropshipping is great for those of us without 8 arms. Sometimes, there is so much to do, it's good to have another outlet as well!!
anadesigns replied:
Sam..............couldnt have said it better myself
I TOTALLY AGREE
partyplans replied:
Correct me if I am wrong, but you are looking for people willing to provide you with a drop shipping service. Your site is the shopfront, you sell the products for a commission. The drop shipper posts the items to the client branded as your product.
This is a good concept Sam. Lots of sites do this already.... but always room for more!
They who market their website best be thou winner. Mr PartyPlans 2007
We have been talking about compiling a list of companies that provide drop shipping (as it is perfect for people wanting to start their own party plan).
On that note: If anyone knows any companies that provide this service, and would like to share details , please email admin@partyplans.com.au.
Peter.

Hiya,
Is drop shipping another form of direct delivery?
Meaning I can place orders with One group and send them to wherever I want them to go.
??
If it is Miessence do Direct delievery so you do not have to handle products they do it for you, at $4.50 under a $110.00 order or FREE after a $110.00 order or 50 pv either or the customer gets it direct to them from Miessence.

Whatever way it works OR if it has been done before
I think its a great thing for those of us looking for another avenue
kykasika replied:
Nobody ever mentioned it wasn't a good idea. I think dropshipping is great, if you don't want to have heaps of stock lying around.
I would love to see your websites Sam, when they are up and running.
Yes Richard, your company works sort of like a dropshipper.
Drop shipment or drop shipping is a type of retailing where the retailer does not keep goods in stock, but instead passes the customer's order and shipment details to the wholesaler, who then dispatches the goods to the customer directly. The retailer makes their profit on the difference between the wholesale and retail price.
With the DSAA it wouldn't really call party plans as dropshippers, although there are a few companies that perform their parties and deliver direct to the customers....so the consultants don't have the stock at home.
There are hundreds of dropshippers....I can locate some lists for you Peter and email them over to you
samtayeh replied:
in most cases the shipper is the manufacturer and shop front is built around it - so for the shop front developer the first thing to do is to locate product that offer quality, consitant supply and at the right price. I 'll see if I can post an example.
kykasika replied:
That would be great.......thanks Sam
