First and foremost stock up on the valium  

Next, you might need to provide some background information for people to work on.  We don't know your experience, where you are up to, the field, where you are situated or anything so we could be telling you information that is pointless to you.  So if you just let us know what you do, what your after, etc etc etc I am sure someone on this great site will be able to help you out.

wow! i can't believe how quickly people have responded to my plea for help. well I am just letting you know a little more about myself and my plans for a party plan business.

Firstly I am 23 years old and live on the Gold Coast, And I am a stay at mother of a 7 month old little girl. I have been racking my brain trying to come up with home business ideas, I really want to start earning some extra money (as everyone does) to get our home paid off ASAP, and also just to give me something to do, don't get me wrong looking after my daughter is a lot of work, but I want to start getting a little closer to being a lot more financially secure. Anyway, I am thinmking of starting a party plan business from scratch, selling handbags and maybe other accessories. I have looked into some suppliers, as I use to work as a stock receiever in a chemist that had a very large gift ware section, so I have seen a lot of the stock that some of them carry, and the prices that they sell for. we sold handbags there also, and they were really good sellers, quality was great and prices very competitive, with a good profit. I know its going to be hard work, but we have to start somewhere. don't we. I love the idea of working when my partner will be able to look after our daughter, as i don't want het to go into daycare yet.

So if anyone has any advise I would much appreciate it, and a big thank you to those people who took time out to help me out!! I was really excited to read what everyone had wrote, and look forward to reading more.
