Hi partyplans, I'm probably not the best one to ask about this as I have never used one BUT is it possible that we have access to a Private Chat Room on your site - that we could maybe use for Company Meetings.
For this we'd have to have it so that only people with access to our own Company Forum would have access (we can't be giving away too many secrets ). I know our Forums are similar - but at least this way it would be like instant messaging and we could say hold monthly night meetings and "book" the chat room with you in advance.
Just a suggestion - you may have a better idea for such a thing.

But isnt that what the Company Forum Section is for???
For individual Company Specific chat.
Or have I not understood that particular section.

Hi Sharon, Yes you're on the right track - we use our SF Company forum HEAPS, but I thought this way it gets all of us online at the same time - and on the same page at the same time, so to speak. Instead of going in and out of different topics or PM'ing each other, we could meet here - and have all of the discussion on the one screen in front of us all at the same time.
Hope that makes sense? I'm guessing that the Secure Private Chat Room could be used for the eParties as well (not being the computer guru I'm not 100% sure about this - but it sounds similar)

There are some companies already listed in that section.
I just thought that they would be a locked forum for their consultants anyway.
Like you I am not a computer guru and dont know how that all works

Hi Sharon, YES the Saucy Fish Company forum I mentioned above - is the one here on this site - its been going for a while now - and we have 12 SF consultants using it frequently.

Now that is a great idea, i think it would be good to not just send messages all the time and to have a none stop chat room where we can do instant messaging. It would be great for Saucy fish because theirs lots of consultants and they can have meetings.
