Hey Group,

Here is a tip for showering!

Enjoy getting wet including your Hair...

Do your arm stretching exercises by reaching for the roof, this way your underarms become warm which will help your shower gel (Never Use Soap) clean away bacteria poo.

Start with Shampooing your Hair twice

Then apply Hair conditioner (and leave in)

Then apply shower gel to whole body (Except Face) and clean yourself and rince well

Then apply Cleanser to your Face and again rince well

You are now left with a sparkeling clean body with only Moisturiser left in your Hair.

Rince Hair and enjoy Conditioner running all over your body (Conditioner will coat all the fine hair on your body leaving it softer, than it did before you got in the shower.

Pat dry your body to leave skin microscopiclly moist (for preperation of Body Creaming)

Apply Body Cream to warm skin to boost infusion

I find this to be the best way to shower and to make use of time available and product use, and this is with water restrictions in mind!

It's even better if you do it Organically

With water restrictions in place add one empty bucket to your shower....One bucket of water less down the drain per shower....Now, not only are you feeling refreshed after Richard's showering ritual but you have done your part for the enviroment too....

Zammy replied:

This is precisely my shower ritual....how spooky!

Zammy replied:

hahahaha Julie!
I usually do have a short person under my feet, I still stick to my ritual though, she just ends up with my shampoo and shower gel run off all over her hehehe
That's why I can't use a bucket! No room!

Kelly replied:

 Oh to have a ritual!!!!

The kids or the hubby are always looking for something or wanting something. And they all wonder why I have been putting off shower time till they are all in bed!

CKCath replied:

I have one of two rituals while showering.

The first is dealing with all those important issues of the day while standing naked and dripping. Things like what TV show the kids want to watch, and whether or not they can have McDonalds for lunch. Like I care at 7am while showering! They are learning that asking for anything while Mum is wet means NO.

The second  is when  I remember to actually lock the bathroom door. This version sees me showering with two children pounding on the locked door explaining that it is VERY important that we talk to you right now Mummy.

During this rucus I sometimes remember to wash myself and my hair, as for conditioner, well it's too noisy to stay in the shower that long anyway!

I guess with the drought conditions it is just the kids doing their bit to save water.

mezz replied:

Oh Cath, I got tired just reading about your shower rituals

FM-Fragrances-Australia-World replied:

LOL Mezz,

Hey Cath - to even up the balance do you know I can not sit on the throne without my two maltese barging in and just sitting in front of me - even worse my youngest always wants to jump up and sit on my lap, and his timing is rotten especially when..............

I love them dearly though - there are my very special kiddies

Well...I must say...you have my shower routine down packed Richard!

Washing hair twice....cleansing the face (gotta have my facial everyday!) etc etc AND with the natural products everyone!

Kelly replied:

I mentioned in my first post how someone is always wanting something at shower time.... Well the funniest thing happened last night. I happily enjoying a shower and the peace until my youngest (16mths) came knocking on the door and calling out mama, mama, mama........ Anyway I just ignored it and it stopped after a little. I thought 'ok, she's gone back out with her dad and big sister' but no of course not! When I opened the door to come out I found her sound asleep on the floor right outside the bathroom!

..... everyone on here turns me off wanting to have kids!!!

In summer i have a ritual - however in winter, our bathroom is too cold so i'm in and out as quick as possible!! and i wait until its light enough in there to not have to use the light as our light is connected to the fan, which is right above the shower and steals all the steam!!!!!!

001ivy replied:

I hear you hands on, I have the evact same problem,,  I will not turn the light on in winter a few times I have had to have a shower when it is getting dark of a night time,  I light enough candles in my bathroom to give me light rather than turning on the light cause otherewise the fan turns on to, whoever thought of having the light  and fan joined is  ..... amd needs.......  well i'm not going to finish that it is a bit rude but i'm sure u know what I was  going to say
