my hostess:

Sales over $250.00 - 10% commission or Free Products

Sales over $500.00 - 15% commission  or  Free Products

Sales over $750.00 - 20% commission or Free Products

Sales over $1,000   -25% commission or Free Products

Plus : Hostess Gift $70.00 free products of their choice.

     The Hostess is my partner for profit and if there is

bookings on her partys i will give her  10% of the sales.

     I buy my stock at 40%-50% discount off retail price

so i still get good profit margin. Our products is very

unique and amazing products and it is very easy to sell!

At The Body Shop at Home our host offers are:

$300 sales = $30 free products & 10% off everything else
$400 sales = $50 free products, 1 1/2 price product & 15% off everything else
$500 sales = $75 free products, 2 1/2 price products & 15% off everything else
$600 sales = $100 free products, 2 1/2 price products & 15% off everything else
$700 sales = $120 free products, 2 1/2 price products & 20% off everything else
$800 sales = $140 free products, 3 1/2 price products & 20% off everything else
$900 sales = $160 free products, 3 1/2 price products & 25% off everything else
$1000 sales = $180 free products, 3 1/2 price products & 30% off everything else

For every $200 sales over $1000 you receive and extra $10 free products and 1 1/2 price product.

I also randomly select 3 days per month that are "star" days, anyone booking on these days I will give an extra free 250ml shower gel of their choice.

I also give each host a little host gift of a 60ml shower gel or body lotion.

Host a presentation with over $220 in sales and you are eligible to receive

• A Half Price Garment
• A $10 Voucher
• 10% of sales as Hostess credits
• An additional half price garment for each booking
• An additional $10 voucher for sales over $600 and one booking. This increases by $10 with each additional $200 in sales

As soon as i walk in the hosts front door she has $60 Free to spend even i there NO sales at all! The only condition is she have 6 adult guests there. 3-5 guests and she still gets $30 spend as soon as i get there.
After that ALL hosts regardless of sales get to go shopping for half price. Of course as with most pp's the more sales and bookings you receive the higher your shopping allowance. 
We also have hostess ONLY exclusive gold and platinum gift collections - these are free for qualifying hosts Gold $400 sales and 2 bookings,Platinum $600 sales and 2 bookings. 
In the last 12 months every one of my hosts has been at least a gold hostsess, most actually platinum

Thanks everyone for your ideas,
I have decided on the follwing please let me know if it seems fair.
As a host gift they are able to choose 1 item of their choice free.
Sales up to $350 = half price item
Sales up to $700 = 1 item free
sales over $700 = 1 item free and a half price item
2 parties booked and they receive a $10 gift certificate or 3 or more parties booked they receive a $20 gift certificate, which they can use on the day or at another party such as their friends or families.
Do you think this ok? Not sure if it's too much or just right.
