Oh well built a bridge and got over it.
Since then I' ve emailed, text or called over 30 different people regarding bookings. lets see what comes of it. no point sulking will use the time allowed for the party to get bookings and maybe some outside sales instead.

Let it upset you and you're doomed before you start.....
the results from the actions i took after the last minute cancellation:
i got 6 new bookings that i may not have had otherwise
$600 in outside orders
plus 2 sponsoring appointments
i could have sat on my butt and sulked but instead i took action and my business has benefited from it.
