Welcome to the site and I wish yo good luck in your business
The first thing I would do is to write yourself up a business plan -get it all firm down on paper and then you'll be able to see what steps you'll need to take to implement this. Make sure you cover what income you want to earn, how many parties you want to do - even to the point of what days and times, develop your product range - catalogues, cost etc
Once youve got all this sorted i suggest you register your business, get an abn all the stuff that goes along with running any business whether its party plan or a huge company.

Did you mean your own Party Plan with your own products? If so, sourcing is going to be your biggest challenge!
