If you are in a rut what would you recommend are the best ideas to get more parties so as to keep your business a success?

hold a hostess/customer aprreciation night - small gift for coming, plus mystery hostess,
create yourself an incentives program if your company doesnt have one - pm me for more details if you like
go through and think of everyone you can - friends, relatives, neighbours, acquaintances etc - phone them and simply say 'i really need your help. I really want to make a go of my **** business and could use your help with some practice parties. Can you help me?' Offer them and extra gift if they help.give it to them at their party and make a big fuss of them - people will want what she's having

I would add, participate in any expo's/shopping centre stalls etc that you can find that are suitable, these are a brilliant source of leads.
