Here's my 20 cents worth for the day on Network Marketing.

(Forgive the spelling in advance)

Everything we do in our daily lives is Network Marketing only most of the time we are un aware that we are actually doing it.

I don't know how many times I have said to friends:

Oh have you seen this - you must get one it's really good.

Look at what I just bought - quick go and get one.

Wow this tastes really good - here's where you can get it.

Another major example is right here at PartyPlans in the book "The Secret" one person mentions it is available at Big W, and the next thing we are all off to buy one.

Network Marketing is in our lives daily whether we know it or not..

Now that we understand that Network Marketing is in our lives daily on a Free to Free basis, the next question is HOW do we all utilise this fact to everybodies benefit.

Eg: Adult Goodies - Why would I bother going to buy Adult goodies anywhere else than from a hard worker at Party Plans...

Candles: Why would I buy anywhere else other than from a hard worker at Party plans...

Jewlery: Why would I buy any where else other than from a hard worker at party Plans..

Essential Oils: Why would I buy anywhere else other than from a hard worker at Party Plans..

Organics: Why would you buy off anybody else other than me! ahhahahahah   lol

My point is - we are all small business owners regardless of the products we sell, or the tools to launch us to where we want to go, though without the core ingredient being PEOPLE we will get nowhere.

We are a community of talkers (Gypsies if you will) and first and foremost we could choose to support our ownsleves and the products we sell with each other.

Also I know it would be a buzz to pick up that NEW recruit everytime, but not everybody wants to do the same thing - hence there are hundreds of us to choose from though lets keep it in our community.

If somebody I know really wants to own their own Candle business well there is No point to me, trying to help them with Organics and visa versa, so I feel we all have a responsibility to our prospective learners to really see where they want to go in life, and if not with us individually at least we can recommend them to somebody else here.

Which brings me to genuine caring - If we genuinely care about our new learners and give them everything we know, as big or little as long as it is everything, they in turn will do the same, which will make everyone big in the big universe of things.

EG: My sponser with Certified Organics tried for the best part of a year to really get me serious about Network marketing - and I was hissing and spitting I just wanna recommed to my clients and thats it.

If my sponsor did not care about his business nor the people with his team, he could have left me to go my own way, and never grow or become enriched.

Well he does care and his genuine care has paid off - as I now am a full convert and hoping to grow my own team, and at the same time be just as caring and do the best I can with my new people, and in turn I am sure, my new people will be as caring to theirs and so on.

If this was to truly happen - NONE of us should ever go broke - NOR will we ever be alone in our retrospective businesses, regardless of what we all do - and proof is in the pudding right here and now at Party Plans - look how many of you are helping me move forward with idea's - and hey maybe my little spiel here might encourage others to move forward who might otherwise be stationary.

What ever we do, we need each other and other people!!

I like to use velcro as an analogy when talking with my consultants. I tell i'm going to stick to them like velcro! They need to know that they have your support 100% anywhere, anytime even if you are 3 hrs behind them ( So Nat stop apologising for ringing me so early!). They also need to know that head office has got their back as well. One of our training managers at a conference once bought everyone from head office up the front and said to us that not only do you have your team but you also have your upline, their upline and all of us - there was about 150 people up the front with her at the time!

Ive been asked why I do parties and why I have them. The answer is simple to both.

I do parties because I am passionate about my products, I wouldnt use anything else ever again. I want everyone to reap the benefits of them as well. To me I'm not selling them . I love them so much I cant help but recommend them to everyone I meet.

I have parties for other because I love their products. I know the quality will be great. I know they are passionate about what they do. Of course I also love get stuff free! It gives me satisfaction to know that by having a party I'm helping someone else to achieve their goals and dreams.
